Health care overhall is alive & well—for real!
The White House is planning to unveil their new version of universal health care by Sunday in order for it to be available when the POTUS hosts the health care summit on Feb. 25 with Congressional Leaders both Dem and GOP. GradeGov has learned that dozens of Dem Senators are strongly urging the Senate Leadership to use the budget reconciliation process to get this new bill thru the Senate with just 50 votes (VP Biden votes to break a 50/50 tie). Not only does this process only require a majority vote to pass, but also comes with it a nice/neat 20 hour debate time limit. Remember the 100’s of hours the Senate expended @ Christmas to get their first HC bill thru—20 hours must look pretty good to Leader Reid right about now. However, the one glitch in this is that after the 20 hours, Senators can still offer amdts and get immediate votes, but without debate! This causes the Senate to legislate and vote on dozens and dozens of possible changes to such an vital law effecting every American in such a sloppy, unorganized and non-transparent way, it will make your head spin. The American public’s “Read the bill” demands will look trivial when you see this ugly legislative process. Watch the video, it’s actual footage on a Senate vote-a-rama…….Yikes!

Now more than ever you need to go to GradeGov and let Congress know how you feel about this new HC attempt.
