Reconciliation is bringing you Health care—Like it or not
Notwithstanding the town hall meetings, polls, election results in VA, NJ and MA, the Congressional Democrats are bound and determined to pass government takeover of our nation’s health care system. Remember, timely, targeted and temporary? These were the tag lines the WH created for the passage of the Stimulus package back in early 2009. Many have been wondering just how timely, targeted and temporary the bill actually has been. The Health Care bill is beginning to earn it’s own tag lines. Look out for hearing words like Secretive, Swift and Sweeping when the health care debate begins. When you see the Congressional Leaders in conjunction with the WH unveil a revamp of the Senate Christmas eve health care bill, out of the blue, the “Secretive” tag line will be fulfilled. The House action and Senate “Swift” action to approve this language will reinforce the Swift tag line. Once the bill has passed through Congress, the “Sweeping” tag line will be born.
